Were seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Integration Architect to lead a migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This strategic role combines deep Salesforce expertise with contact center integration experience to deliver a seamless CRM transformation for the clients enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation strategy for migrating from MS Dynamics to Salesforce FSC
- Design and oversee integration between Salesforce and Contact Center platforms
- Develop migration frameworks and data mapping strategies
- Create technical specifications and solution designs for complex integrations
- Guide development teams on best practices and architectural standards
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems
- Establish governance frameworks for data quality and system performance
- Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders
- Provide risk mitigation strategies and architectural oversight
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of Salesforce implementation experience
- Proven experience migrating from MS Dynamics to Salesforce
- Strong background in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Experience integrating Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms
- Enterprise architecture experience in financial services sector
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
- Strong technical background in API integration patterns
- Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five9 platform experience
- Salesforce Technical Architect certification
- Experience with financial services compliance requirements
- Background in agile delivery methodologies
