Overview and Purpose of Role: Food for Good is PepsiCo s global philanthropic commitment to advance food security through collaboration in communities where we live and work. In the U.S. Food for Good is focused on making healthy food accessible for families. This role is primarily focused on aiding customers and growth team members to ensure appropriate focus can be put to these support activities. The intent is for this individual to be primary lead on summer Home Delivery program own the documents and resources supporting growth and conduct market research to aid with gap and bid analysis work.
Primary objectives of this role are to:
Home Delivery Lead: Own all daytoday responsibilities of summer Meals to You and yearround Meal Solutions Direct programs including any required customer interactions
Growth Resource Governance: Ensure all required documents for bids contracts orders or marketing efforts are up to date accurate and effectively organized in shared virtual repository
Market Research: Leverage publicly available data to compile and organize for use information surrounding sponsor organizations bids vendors pricing menus contract length etc.
Growth Calendar Owner: Support growth team organization by maintaining key date calendar including key conferences customer events upcoming bid windows marketing plans and ensure team is beginning any prework in advance of those dates
Sales Strategy Support: Assist the Growth Lead and other team members in the development and implementation of sales strategies and objectives
Reporting: Support collection of Growthrelated impact reporting or sales metrics as needed
