Your Role as a Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong trustbased relationships with clients across target industries.
  • Drive Growth: Identify and pursue growth opportunities ensuring clients see the measurable value Iver brings to their business.
  • Develop Tailored Solutions: Work closely with internal teams to design IT solutions that solve client challenges and align with their strategic goals.
  • Exceed Expectations: Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets consistently delivering high performance.
  • Become an Industry Expert: Stay ahead of trends and challenges in industries like Manufacturing Life Sciences Retail and more to effectively support your clients.


What You Bring

Youre a natural relationship builder driven by results and passionate about delivering value. To thrive in this role youll need:

  • Proven Success in Account Management: A track record of managing and growing key accounts with experience in IT Managed Services Cloud or related solutions.
  • CustomerCentric Approach: A talent for understanding client needs and delivering innovative tailored solutions.
  • Industry Expertise: Knowledge and insights into at least one of our focus industries Manufacturing Life Sciences Consumer Products Retail Professional Services or HighTech.
  • ResultsDriven Mindset: A relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets while delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate complex solutions and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Resilience and Determination: A strong drive to succeed and the tenacity to overcome challenges.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
