Job Description
SourceReady is an AIpowered supplier search engine that simplifies global sourcing by connecting businesses with reliable suppliers. Our platform leverages AI big data and automation to streamline supplier discovery and vetting making global procurement more efficient and transparent. We are looking for a Backend Data Engineer Intern to join our team and help build scalable datadriven solutions that power our AIdriven supplier matching system.
Tasks
- Develop and optimize data pipelines for processing supplier and trade data from multiple sources.
- Work with Azure Google Cloud and BigQuery to store manage and query largescale datasets efficiently. Implement embeddingbased similarity search for improving supplier matching algorithms.
- Assist in designing and implementing AIdriven data validation methods to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate data processing workflows into SourceReadys platform.
- Work with APIs to fetch clean and transform global trade and sourcing data.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Data Science or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Willingness to learn and an minimum weekly commitment of 10 hours.
