Job Description

Join the Norig Group a company supporting ElbeFruit GmbH and Atlantic Fruit GmbH two leaders in the European fresh produce industry. We are seeking an Admin Coordinator to provide financerelated administrative support and logistics coordination to ensure smooth business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment has strong organizational skills and can collaborate with the finance and operations teams to improve efficiency. Tasks

Tasks

FinanceRelated Administrative Support

  • Process and verify Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs).
  • Ensure supplier and subcontractor invoices are entered and matched correctly.
  • Manage invoice checking and payment tracking ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work closely with the Finance Team Lead to improve financerelated administrative workflows.

Logistics Coordination & Compliance

  • Track and collect logistics documents including CMRs customs paperwork and transport documentation.
  • Follow up with brokers customs agents and transporters for missing documentation.
  • Serve as a backup for logistics operations ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Operational Support & Process Improvement

  • Support the admin onboarding process for new hires providing guidance on internal tools and policies.
  • Assist in optimizing administrative and logistics workflows reducing inefficiencies and improving coordination.
  • Work closely with Logistics and Commercial departments to ensure smooth handover of administrative and logistics processes.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in administration finance support or logistics coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage structured processes.
  • Proficiency in internal tools and policies relevant to administrative and logistics operations.
  • Experience with import/export documentation and supplier management is a plus.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with finance and logistics teams.
