Job Description
Role: UI/UX developer
Location: Pittsburg PA (Locals preferred)
Duration: 12 months.
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position type: W2 contract
UI/UX developer: 4 positons
UI/UX lead : 2 positions
MUST: Angular microfrontend UI dev profiles. The term UX is design centric. Candidate should also have exp on UX design tools like figma UI/UX Development Adobe creative suite Dreamweaver HTML5 CSS3 Java script Pega Platform Experience designing and documenting User Interface and User Experience.
Local to PA will be preferred
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in UI/UX design and development
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies
Relevant Experience:
- Experience with designing and developing digital products and solutions
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Understanding of responsive design and development HTML CSS and JavaScript

Requirements:

Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present and articulate design solutions to clients
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand user needs and business requirements
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design solutions
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the designs are implemented accurately
- Continuously evaluate and iterate on designs to improve user experience
- Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders and articulate the design decisions.
