Job Description
Job Title: Senior MERN Stack Developer
Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) Sunnyvale CA
Employment Type: FullTime / Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior MERN Stack Developer to design develop and optimize highperformance web applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB Express.js React.js Node.js) and a strong background in building scalable maintainable and secure applications. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop new features enhance performance and ensure seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop optimize and maintain fullstack applications using MongoDB Express.js React.js and Node.js.
- Build RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for seamless frontend and backend integration.
- Implement authentication and security protocols (JWT OAuth rolebased access control).
- Optimize database performance and queries in MongoDB and MySQL for high efficiency.
- Write clean modular and scalable code using JavaScript TypeScript and ES6.
- Work with React.js (Redux Hooks Context API) to create responsive and userfriendly applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless frontend experience.
- Perform A/B testing to analyze user interactions and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews unit testing (Jest) and debugging to ensure high code quality.
- Manage Git repositories JIRA workflows and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development cycles.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in fullstack development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 68 years of handson experience in MERN Stack development.
Expertise in React.js (Redux Hooks Context API) and modern JavaScript (ES6).
Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
Proficiency in MongoDB (schema design indexing aggregation query optimization) and MySQL.
Experience with TypeScript for scalable application development.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs GraphQL and thirdparty integrations.
Knowledge of version control (Git JIRA) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest.
Exposure to cloud services (AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes). - Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
