Key Responsibilities:
To design and manage delivery of product / project and sustenance as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology. (1.)
1. To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team.
2. To design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery.
3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
4. To guide and mentor a team of developers for successful delivery of project.
5. To ensure knowledge upgradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years experience in IT & hands on Technical Manager in Java/J2EE background including a minimum of 8 years in API (Restful Webservices) and micro services development using leading methodologies and processes.
- Proficient and technical expertise in Spring framework Springboot Structs OR equivalent frameworks.
- Proven experience in technical project management technical solution and planning to wide range across the technology.
- Proficient in JavaScript JQuery HTML React.JS Redux frameworks.
- Proficient with Openshift/Kubernetes/Docker/ Containers
- Professional experience prior working in Agile methodologies & insurance domain exposure.
- Position is accepting candidates interested working from Onsite all 5 days (work from Office).
