Job Description
LVN/LPN Medical Surgical
Roswell NM
- Blended Hourly Rate: $47.39 ($16 taxable $31.39 nontaxable)
- Weekly Breakdown: $1706.04 ($576.00 taxable $1130.00 stipend)
- Lodging: $ 654.00
Meals & Incidentals: $ 476.00 - Contract: 13 Weeks
Responsibilities:
- Holds shift accountability for delegated direct patient care under the direction of an RN.
- Makes decisions based on education experience nursing board rules and hospital policies.
- Demonstrates critical thinking scientific judgment and leadership in care planning.
- Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Acute Care experience
- Patient Ratio: 1:6 (must be comfortable with 67 patients per shift fast turnover and multiple admissions)
- Certifications: IV Certification (must provide proof upon submission) BLS (required) ACLS (preferred)
