Job Description
A growing and innovative engineering firm is looking to add a Civil Project Manager for their Washington D.C. team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with RFP document preparation and detailed designs
- Perform technical discipline tasks (research reports design specification and plan preparation)
- Serve as primary contact on project
- Prepare schedule budgets and scope of work
- Meet/exceed client expectations
- Provide technical/design services for water infrastructure projects
- Various administrative duties (conduct preliminary evaluations prepare various reports produce design drawings prepare technical specifications prepare permit submittals and manage bid negotiations for projects)
- Lead activities for project team to ensure project stays on schedule and within budget
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Assist with business development including developing proposals/presentations creating letters of response and technical proposals/presentations
- Assist Senior Project Managers with administrative duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 years of experience
- PE License or ability to obtain
Salary is commensurate with experience.
