Job Description

Title: Systems Analyst
Duration: 30 Months
Location: Jamaica NY
Client: Queens Public Library
Job Description;

Serves as technical point person in the librarys relationships with DAMS vendor and other vendors as assigned.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement system requirements and workflows.

Work with the vendor teams and the stake holders to implement processes for digital asset ingestion organization and retrieval.

Assist in data migration ensuring accuracy and completeness of asset transfers.

Manage the configuration and support implementation of the Recollect DAM system ensuring it meets the needs of the organization.

Define user roles and permissions for accessing digital assets.

Managing user accounts and authentication procedures.

Maintain documentation of system configurations workflows and user guides.

Provide technical support including troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Liaison between stakeholders and ITD staff and vendor for the integration of Recollect with internal systems and platforms including the librarys various websites and mobile APPs.

Contributes to the team maintaining a running list of enhancements and bug fixes for the digital asset management system and the website.

Trains staff as needed on new digital asset management system.

Conduct testing through the project.
