Job Description
Job Role: Process Engineer
Job Location: Phoenix Arizona
Job Description:
- Process design Chemical plant design PFD P&ID Plant engineering Chemical engineering.
- Should have worked as a Process Engineer for industrial plants (Chemical Agrochemical Pharmaceutical Fine chemicals Specialty chemicals Food & Beverages)
- Work experience in Surfactant making plant would be preferred.
- Ability to prepare and understand PFD P&IDs mass & energy balance calculation hydraulic calculations
- Understand basic chemical engineering fundamentals like heat transfer fluid mechanics solid handling mass transfer etc.
- Should be able to specify process plant equipment and handson experience in the selection of equipment as per project requirement
- Powder handling equipment sizing and design experience is an added advantage
- Should be able to specify pump heat exchanger tank and other equipment independently
- Experience in selection of safety devices and process safety management activities
- Previous work experience in sanitary piping & process systems would be a plus
- Conversant with MS office application is must.
- Familiarity in working in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AFT Fathom AFT Arrow and any other hydraulic calculation software will be added advantage.

Engineering Chemical (BE /B. Tech /BS/MS)
