Job Description

Job Title: Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer
Facility: Providence South Bay Heart and Vascular Center Torrance
Address: 5215 Torrance Blvd Suite 120 Torrance CA 90503 United States
Contract: 13 weeks (Extension based on performance and facility needs)
Shift: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (4:30 PM on Fradays)
Pay Rate: $71/hr on W2 or $76/hr on 1099
Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer to join the team at Providence South Bay Heart and Vascular Center Torrance for a 13week contract with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will perform highquality echocardiograms assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform echocardiograms/Ultrasound as needed.
  • Work closely with cardiologists sonographers and other healthcare professionals to interpret results.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in the patients medical records.
  • Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide compassionate patient care explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: ARDMS RDCS AE BLS required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Experience: Strong proficiency with GE E95 Ultrasound preferred.
