The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multienvironment releases coordinating dependencies across teams and utilizing ITSM tools like ServiceNow. This role will require close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth release cycles adherence to governance processes and the successful delivery of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire release lifecycle including planning coordinating and executing multienvironment releases (development staging production). Ensure timely and successful release deployment with minimal disruptions.
Manage crossfunctional dependencies ensuring the necessary resources teams and processes are in place for each release. Identify potential roadblocks and proactively mitigate risks.
Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) tools particularly ServiceNow to manage incident change and release management workflows. Ensure that all releases are tracked recorded and communicated effectively.
Ensure that release processes adhere to company compliance frameworks and governance policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all necessary audits checks and approvals are completed before release deployment.
Work closely with product managers software developers QA teams and operations to ensure alignment on release schedules scope and potential impacts.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on release progress timelines and any issues encountered.
Continuously assess and improve the release management processes. Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows increasing release frequency and reducing releaserelated incidents.
Experience:
610 years of experience.
MustHave Requirements:
Strong experience in managing multienvironment releases dependency coordination and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
NicetoHave Requirements:
Experience with compliance frameworks and governance processes.
Qualifications/Certifications Required:
PMP.
ITIL Foundation.
Agile Certification.
