Job Description
We are expanding our pool of Consultants to engage in various projects under a comprehensive program that focuses on delivering endtoend Customer Experience (CX) solutions to a diverse range of clients. Currently we are looking for an experienced Cisco UCCE Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for professionals seeking parttime or projectbased opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement UCCE solutions including system configuration call flow design and integration with thirdparty applications.
- Develop and manage IVR applications using Cisco CVP ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of UCCE solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Document system configurations processes and procedures for reference and compliance purposes.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience working with Cisco UCCE CVP ICM and Call Studio.
- Strong expertise in IVR development VXML scripting and ICM call routing.
- Handson experience with Cisco Voice Gateways SIP Trunking and CUCM.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce ServiceNow etc.).
- Knowledge of Java/JavaScript.
- Relevant Cisco certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Genesys and NICE solutions is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
