Job Description
Lead GenAI Engineer/Architect to work onsite at San Jose CA / New York NY.
Contract: (3 Months Contract to Hire Full Time ).
Interview Mode/Rounds: MS Teams (3045 minutes of Video Call)/Level 1 interview with ProdaptSenior Director and Level 2 interview with client
Note: Client first preference will be bay area resources (San Jose CA)

Our client Prodapt is building a GenAI Developer Assistantan endtoend GenAIdriven SDLC assistant framework. This platform leverages advanced GenAI technologies to accelerate product development and deployment fostering innovation and delivering services to customers swiftly.
Job Description:
Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the offshore team
Coordinate with the customers teams to gather requirements scope out tasks and ensure alignment on platform goals
Provide technical guidance on LLM and RAG architecture to the offshore team helping to define the integration points and overall flow
Oversee the deployment and finetuning of LLM models and ensure compliance with customerspecific requirements
Work on integrating webhooks into IDEs for code assist functionalities ensuring seamless interaction between the AI Agents and the developer tools
Lead discussions on multiagentic frameworks and their design to ensure multiagent interactions are properly aligned with the platforms needs
Conduct ontheground troubleshooting and rapid prototyping for any local development issues
Ensure knowledge transfer of the delivered work to the customers internal teams.
Education Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors Degree & Minimum 1015 years of total IT experience
GenAI and NLP Project Experience: Minimum of 12 projects in the Generative AI space.
E2E AI Architecture: Experience in architecting at least two endtoend AI projects
