Job Description
Our Boca Raton branch is currently seeking attorney(s) with 37 years experience in the area of Commercial Litigation and Business Bankruptcy.
Candidates should have litigation experience including:
- Ability to handle all aspects of a case in state and federal court including pretrial prep court appearances motions depositions mediations negotiations and trials.
- Business bankruptcies creditors rights litigation as well as complex commercial litigation.
- Strong drafting and writing skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
What youll bring to the table:
- Excellent judgment and legal acumen ability to work effectively under pressure a teamwork attitude and keen leadership skills.
- Confidence and expertise to manage cases independently.
- Fortitude to go to trial.
- 37 years experience in the area of Commercial Litigation and Business Bankruptcies.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- You will be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
