Job Description
Position: Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA)
Location: Breckenridge MN 56520
Pay scale: $34/hr
Shift: D/N Rotate 6a6:30p 6p6:30a 6a2:30p 2p10:30p 10p6:30a EOW every other holiday
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent patient care including assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene.
- Respond to patient calls assess needs and provide appropriate assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs food intake and urinary/fecal output.
- Gather information from medical professionals about patient conditions and treatment plans.
- Remind patients to take medications and supplements. Stay updated on CNA training and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
Requitements:
- State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
- Current CPR (American Heart Association).
- CNA License
- COVID Vaccination/ Valid CPR/ Health Documents/ License/ Physical
- BLS
