Software Developer III

AECOM Technical Services Inc. is seeking a Software Developer III to be based in New York NY.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create sophisticated imaginative and efficient frontend and backend solutions for full stack complex applications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop software and/or system requirements and develop documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to design implement and test software applications and systems.
• Recommend technology approaches and solutions that support project goals including performance requirements schedule and budget.
• Assist in defining and deploying computationally efficient cloudbased technologies to maximize pipeline efficiency.
• Develop test deploy and support the web interface applications for our innovative products.
• Support postrelease projects including enduser support bug fixes and maintenance and documentation of requested features.
• Work with existing toolsets and the teams standard tech stacks while simultaneously bringing new ideas and approaches into the team.
• Work with product owners to evaluate requirements and create a task backlog.
• Code new programs to project specifications.
• Provide release support for production validation involving the validation of products and the implementation of fixes for live sites.
• Create test data for testing.
• Create migration packages for system testing user testing and implementation.
• Develop and perform unit testing to ensure software and team standards are met.
• May telecommute.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates must have a:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a computerrelated occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

1. CSS3 and HTML5
2. JavaScript
3. Frontend frameworks(React / Redux Angular)
4. Working with APIs
5. Proficiency in serverside languages node Express Python or .Net Core
6. MySQL or SQL Server Databases
7. Abstract problemsolving
8. Experience in fastpaced Agile Development Environments
