Job Description
Job Title: PeopleSoft Architect
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of PeopleSoft applications including Financials HCM and Campus Solutions modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into PeopleSoft solutions that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of PeopleSoft with other enterprise applications including thirdparty systems and external services.
- Evaluate and recommend best practices tools and technologies to improve the performance scalability and security of PeopleSoft applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams ensuring code and solutions are built to architectural standards.
- Develop strategies for system upgrades patch management and ongoing maintenance of PeopleSoft applications.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure that PeopleSoft solutions align with business requirements.
- Ensure that PeopleSoft environments are optimized for performance and that systems are highly available.
- Participate in the management and resolution of any technical issues or escalations related to PeopleSoft applications.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Architect or in a senior PeopleSoft technical role.
- Indepth knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture including PeopleTools Application Engine PeopleCode and PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft modules such as Financials HCM and/or Campus Solutions.
- Experience in system integration data migration and custom development within PeopleSoft environments.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g. Oracle SQL) and performance tuning.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to design scalable and secure solutions.
- Proven experience with cloudbased PeopleSoft solutions and hybrid cloud architectures is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
