Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Kafka Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise systems handling large transaction volumes and data concurrency. This role requires expertise in Apache Kafka proficiency in Python Java or Scala and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. The candidate should also be familiar with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and building efficient data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage Apache Kafka solutions for realtime data streaming and processing.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines ensuring highquality data transformation and integrity.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize and scale enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Apache Kafka (topics partitions consumer groups stream processing).
- Proficiency in Python Java or Scala.
- Experience deploying Kafka solutions on AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts (data transformation quality and pipeline management).
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
