What Youll Do
We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to drive AI adoption enablement and integration across multiple domains. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset who can foster an AIdriven culture develop impactful metrics and collaborate with crossfunctional teams. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter a humble learner and experienced in managing versatile programs across different business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Adoption & Enablement Program: Lead initiatives to integrate AI across business units ensuring seamless implementation and measurable impact.
- AI Champion Program: Build and support a network of AI advocates within the organization to drive education awareness and best practices.
- Metrics & Gen AI Dashboard: Develop and implement key performance indicators and dashboards to track AI adoption performance and business value.
- Value Chains with AI: Identify and optimize AI opportunities within business value chains to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Content & Knowledge Management: Work closely with tech writers to develop highquality AIrelated assets documentation and scalable knowledgesharing frameworks.
- CrossDomain Collaboration: Navigate and drive AI programs across multiple domains ensuring alignment with diverse business needs and strategic goals.
- SelfStarter & Humble Learner: Proactively identify new opportunities stay curious and continuously learn from stakeholders and industry trends to refine AI strategies.
Required Qualifications.
- Proven experience in organizational change management technology enablement or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and their application in business environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance monitoring tools.
- Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise Glean AI Gemini and similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across multiple industries or business domains.
- Familiarity with AI governance ethical AI considerations and responsible AI practices.
- Background in AI/ML data strategy or enterprise AI adoption.
