Job Description
We are seeking a Senior SAP Technical Architect to support a Randstad client in Washington DC. This role requires a subject matter expert in SAP technologies who will design implement and optimize SAP solutions to drive business efficiency and innovation. The Senior SAP Technical Architect will play a critical role in defining technical strategies leading solution development and ensuring seamless integration of SAP products with enterprise systems. Additionally this individual will provide technical leadership mentor junior team members and support escalated technical issues to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities:- Design and develop SAP technology solutions ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide expert guidance on SAP best practices integration and system optimization.
- Develop prototypes proofofconcepts and solution roadmaps for SAP implementations and enhancements.
- Oversee technical delivery ensuring adherence to performance security and scalability requirements.
- Provide leadership in resolving complex SAP technical issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and technical teams fostering knowledgesharing and professional development.
- Stay up to date with emerging SAP technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
