Job Description
Experience & Responsibilities
- 35 years of experience
- Contributes to the cocreation of Product Vision and Product Strategy tied to Portfolio goals
- Utilizes technical knowledge such as:
- A/B testing
- Product architecture
- Continuous deployment process
- DevOps practices
- Data models and analytics
- Querying languages
- Tools supporting automation/metrics
- Other technologies in support of owned products/services
- Communicates regularly on:
- OKRs
- Product roadmap
- Planned development
- Upcoming releases
- Areas requiring leaderships attention
- Coordinates with other Product team members to manage product dependencies and increments of value
- Performs continuous product discovery and offers valuable solutions that align with Product OKRs
- Understands budgetary implications and related organizational constraints when prioritizing areas of focus
- Uses data to:
- Define baselines
- Measure outcomes
- Share insights
- Order backlog items
- Conducts competitive benchmarking presents new technologies/solutions and identifies unmet/underserved needs
- Defines and maintains a healthy backlog adhering to organizational standards and presents backlog items with squads and external team members
- Seeks input from product process and technology areas while balancing timesensitive improvements needed for maintaining both technical and product health
- Collaborates with various internal team members including UX Technology Vendors Risk Compliance and Security
- Influences leaders squads and peers on product strategy roadmap items OKRs and upcoming releases
- Practices agility in discovering and continuously delivering value
- Bachelors degree in a related field plus 3 years of experience in Product Management/Delivery (e.g. Product Analyst User Researcher Product Owner)
- OR 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience determining Product Market Fit and defining a GotoMarket strategy
- Demonstrated familiarity with Agile Product Management tools
- Relevant certifications in Product Management/Product Delivery field
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the product domain including:
- Business model
- Constraints
- Regulations
- User experiences
