MW Partners is currently seeking a Migration Process Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Document endtoend workflow for new or changing processes
- Load customer data into migration tool
- Write and execute test plans and analyze results
- Report bugs and work with development team to resolve
- Use data to track progress and assess opportunities for process improvement
- Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps
- Provide internal support to stakeholders
- Lead collaborative project team meetings to drive progress
- Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 7 years of relevant professional experience working with engineering and business stakeholders
- Strong business process analysis skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Ability to think and execute in a fastpaced environment
- Detailed oriented and thorough
- Be a selfstarter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions and connecting the dots
- Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint Excel Word Acrobat)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Wiki and Jira a plus
- Knowledgeable about the subscription business model
