Rate: $129900$164535
Location: Oakbrook Terrace IL
Onsite: hybrid
Duration: fulltime direct hire

Hiring Manager:The Role:
The IS Solutions Delivery Manager (SDM) serves as the primary liaison between the IS team and business units with a focus on supporting and optimizing business applications to ensure alignment with business needs and priorities. The SDM is responsible for the management support and enhancements of all business applications including documenting business requirements developing test plans and managing projects. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and coordination with the IS technical team to deliver effective and efficient solutions.
What Youll Do:
- Serves as the primary liaison with the business unit; acts as the POC and SME for financial business systems including Infor M3 ERP and Enterprise Performance Management system
- Leverages skills and knowledge in Finance business systems to efficiently conduct functional/technical analysis design build testing and implementation of system enhancements
- Responsible for the configuration and daily support of the assigned financial systems.
- Seeks solutions to application issues; analyzes and communicates root cause.
- Prioritize and manage application enhancements based on business needs.
- Charts business and supporting IS processes by partnering with business process owners.
- Promotes effective use of system modules in solving business problems and improving business processes.
- Participates in integration testing conversion and deployment activities.
- Maintains system integrity by reviewing ERP system updates leads testing with business partners and coordinates implementation.
- Work with business units to identify any process improvements that may require system changes.
- Resolves testing defects.
- Prepares documentation and obtains approval of system and programming changes.
- Involved in design development and implementation of new systems as required
- Facilitates change management training and communication of new processes and technology; Supports training development and delivery as needed.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
What Youll Need:
- 5 8 years of progressive experience in IT or Accounting / Finance functions managing business applications.
- 5 years of experience with ERP systems and BI integration.
- 1 3 years of experience with Enterprise Performance Management solutions is beneficial
- Experience with test planning and automated testing.
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite Food and Beverage system is beneficial.
- Experience in the process industry especially food and beverage is beneficial.
- Experience with AI ML NLP and automation.
- Knowledge of Infor M3 Food and Beverage Cloud Suite Hyperion/OneStream High Radius Exceedra Pro desired
- Broad understanding of systems both from a functional and technical perspective.
- Knowledge of crossfunctional integration between system functional modules.
- PMI certification useful.

Salary Range:
$129900$164535 (compensation will vary based on candidates qualifications job related knowledge and specific location.)
Variable Pay is included in compensation package yet not part of base salary range.
