We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Part Time Cook for our Cold Kitchen in Mai Khao Thailand. Join our culinary team and contribute to creating delicious cold dishes and salads for our guests.
- Prepare a variety of cold dishes including salads appetizers and desserts
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work station adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Contribute to menu development and suggest new cold dish ideas
- Ensure proper food storage and labeling
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Qualifications :
- Thai Nationality Only
- Proven experience as a cold kitchen cook or in a similar role
- Strong knife skills and food preparation techniques
- Indepth knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Team player with strong communication abilities
- Food Safety Certification (required)
- Culinary degree or diploma (preferred)
- Proficiency in preparing various cold dishes and salads
- Understanding of flavor profiles and ingredient pairings
- Familiarity with Thai cuisine and local ingredients (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
