- You have a clear idea of what you want: to work on the vision of safe and energyefficient flying. In a team of likeminded aviation enthusiasts who are determined to help shape the future of aviation.
- Responsibility for technical building management and contact person for customers and colleagues
- Fleet management room management
- Ensuring that services are provided in accordance with the contract
- Responsibility for the preparation of maintenance and inspection services as well as performance and quality control of inhouse and external services
- Monitoring of statutory inspection periods and specifications as well as warranty defect and damage management
- Calculation and preparation of offers for standard and additional services
- Tendering awarding monitoring acceptance and coordination of subcontractor services
Necessary qualifications:
- Completed training as a master craftsman / technician / engineer (m/f/d) in the field of supply technology / electrical engineering / sanitaryheatingair conditioning or facility management.
- Knowledge of legal guidelines (PVO VOB etc.)
- Extensive experience in a similar role commercial knowledge and solid cost awareness
- High service orientation as well as goal and solutionoriented working methods
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills reliability commitment and sense of responsibility
- Confident use of Microsoft Office package (Excel Powerpoint)
