instance Overview: the customer has an instance of serviceNow deployed on premise on SITE cloud.
main duties:
operations enhancement support customization.
modules implemented: itsm case management
workflows: done with flow designer and workflow editor
cio dashboard: downloaded plugin from sn store for custom dashboards
existing integrations with website erp AD other systems
scripting ui policies custom reports
educating users
knowledge in migration is a plus
