Job Description
Requires handson experience in the implementation and support of SAP Convergent Mediation.
Requires experience in Telco Power Utility or Media industry.
Requires core programming Java/ABAP experience.
Main responsibilities include configuring and implementing SAP Convergent Mediation components developing custom mediation scenarios and configuring mediation rules.
The job involves integrating SAP Convergent Mediation with BRIM modules such as Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
The role requires handling highvolume usage data from multiple data streams and external systems.
The consultant will also be responsible for analyzing business requirements designing robust and scalable mediation solutions and conducting unit testing system testing and performance testing of mediation components.
The role involves preparing detailed technical documentation providing support during golive and postgolive phases and training team members and endusers on mediation processes and tools.
Key qualifications include a minimum of 7 years of SAP experience with at least 3 years in SAP Convergent Mediation and S/4 HANA BRIM proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP Convergent Mediation software and knowledge of highvolume data handling tools and techniques.
Soft skills include excellent problemsolving and analytical skills strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Required education includes a Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field. SAP BRIM or SAP Convergent Mediation certifications are preferred.
