Job Description
Leads engineering team to deliver various engineering initiatives: Production Engineering Product Validations Support supply chain development continue build design capabilities/capacity to support expansion of engineering team in India.
Establishes engineering development tasks processes and timelines to support various engineering initiatives and goals for the region.
Works with a high level of independent judgment and strategic decision making.
Using the Growth Initiatives as a guideline manages technical programs in the region. Initiates required engineering tasks to support including identification of resources required.
