Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Deliver an innovation pipeline for the brands/categories across all global markets Lead development and execution of product and packaging innovation projects including concept development feasibility validation & research product and packaging R&D business proposal and approval project execution gotomarket customer sell in and tracking of inmarket performance Work in our innovation project management packaging and specification systems to advance projects with the cross functional team Experience acting as brand ambassador maintaining brand standards and guidelines across all products and communication channels Act as liaison with all other functions to ensure business initiatives receive necessary focus Identify opportunity areas for growth by effectively using syndicated research and trend data primary market research and competitive intelligence Develop meaningful consumer positioning for all innovation product lines that creates added value versus competitive and effectively communicate product advantages to consumers Work collaboratively with insights R&D Channel Marketing and the BU to identify new ideas build research and development plans screen ideas and food and optimize our innovation offerings to meet consumer/operator needs and have a clear POD vs. our competitors. Resolve delivery related queries and issues from the team leads Identify and deliver thought leadership and transformation ideas that will provide growth or productivity opportunities Client relationship management: o Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders for you and your team o Develop strong working relationship with key client stakeholders and proactively address their needs for your work streams o Respond to client requests in nonstandard situations investigating all the possibilities for a solution
Act as the contact for escalation and issue resolution arising from work stream related activities Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): MBA preferred Bachelors degree required 15 years of product innovation and marketing experience in a global role working with brand teams
