Position: Workday HCM Compensation & Benefits Consultant
Location: TroyHills NJ 07054 (local only)
Remote: Hybrid Onsite 2 days week required
Duration: 6month contract to hire
Job Description:
The Workday HCM Analyst will provide project support to the People Technology team. They will focus on Workday HCM Compensation Benefits and Payroll.
Required Skills:
- 35 years of Workday HCM/HR Technology experience
- 4 years of Compensation and Benefits with Workday HCM
- 2 years of Workday HCM Payroll experience
- EIBs Workflows User Access/Security Access Functional Solutions Compensation changes Approvals etc.
- Troubleshooting and error diagnosis
- Any Certifications in workday are a plus
Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science Software/Electronics Engineering Information Systems or a closely related field is required.
