Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Manager to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies building strong relationships with key clients and expanding our customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of the F&B market excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantages.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular visits to key clients ensuring high customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional performance.
- Provide regular training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Set clear individual and team goals track progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Product Knowledge & Promotion:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the companys product offerings and the latest industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials campaigns and sales presentations that align with customer needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to potential customers.
- Market Expansion & Business Development:
- Identify new markets distribution channels and sales opportunities within the F&B industry.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players and distributors.
- Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network and promote the companys products and services.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance analysis to share with senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads opportunities and sales activities.
