Job Description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:


Ticketing & Booking Support:


  • Assist clients in booking flights cruises train tickets and other travelrelated reservations

  • Verify availability pricing and travel regulations before processing bookings

  • Ensure all reservations are accurate and align with client preferences schedules and budgets

  • Process modifications cancellations and rebookings as needed

Client Assistance:


  • Communicate with clients via phone email and chat to understand their travel needs

  • Provide personalized recommendations for routes airlines and seating options

  • Address customer inquiries resolve booking issues and handle special requests professionally

Administrative Support:


  • Maintain detailed records of bookings payments and client interactions using our system

  • Process payments and send confirmation details to clients on time

  • Stay informed about airline policies travel restrictions and industry updates

Requirements:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus

Basic computer proficiency including familiarity with booking platforms and CRM tools (training provided)
