Responsibilities:
Ticketing & Booking Support:
Assist clients in booking flights cruises train tickets and other travelrelated reservations
Verify availability pricing and travel regulations before processing bookings
Ensure all reservations are accurate and align with client preferences schedules and budgets
Process modifications cancellations and rebookings as needed
Client Assistance:
Communicate with clients via phone email and chat to understand their travel needs
Provide personalized recommendations for routes airlines and seating options
Address customer inquiries resolve booking issues and handle special requests professionally
Administrative Support:
Maintain detailed records of bookings payments and client interactions using our system
Process payments and send confirmation details to clients on time
Stay informed about airline policies travel restrictions and industry updates
