Now Hiring: Special Education Teacher for the 2025 Academic School Year!

Job Type: FullTime

Location: Cincinnati OH

At Clarifi Staffing Solutions we re dedicated to fostering environments where students can thrive academically socially and emotionally. We are seeking a committed LBS1 Specialist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in students lives!

You will create an engaging and inclusive classroom where students feel safe supported and motivated. By developing and delivering individualized lesson plans you will address unique learning goals while providing instruction in core subjects and fostering social and life skills. Utilizing positive behavior reinforcement strategies you will maintain a structured learning environment. Strong communication with parents and caregivers will be essential to support student progress. Additionally you will monitor and document growth continuously refining teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements

Valid Ohio Teaching Certification in Special Education.
Ability to differentiate instruction and manage a diverse group of learners.
Bachelor s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Familiarity with IEP development implementation and compliance with state and federal laws.
