Job Description

Requirements
Position Overview:
We seek an IT Director to spearhead the development and implementation of a robust streamlined technology stack. This role is pivotal in ensuring our systems support current operations and facilitate seamless integration of future acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Management:Lead the projects PMO managing the definition of functional requirements overseeing application development/integration and selecting/managing vendors to ensure project success.
System Development: Develop and control the overall information system ensuring it meets business needs.
Data Management:Establish data intake processes KPIs reporting structures and dashboards.
ERP Transformation:Oversee the transformation and broad deployment of ERP systems.
Commercial Process: Redeploy integrate or develop a system to support SAMY s commercial operations.
Time Tracking System: Implement a global coherent time tracking system.
Project Management Operations:Define global project management guidelines and decide on tools.
People Management Tools: Evaluate and deploy suitable HR management systems considering alternatives to Personio if necessary.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience as an IT Director or in a similar leadership role within a complex rapidlyevolving environment.
Proven track record in managing largescale IT projects with a focus on integration automation and systems optimization.
Expertise in ERP systems preferably including experience with HubSpot and NetSuite.
Strong strategic and leadership skills with experience managing crossfunctional teams and IT vendors.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in global organizations with multigeographical operations.
Background in social media or marketing technology solutions is a plus.
