Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver programs & projects on an ongoing basis evaluating progress and quality managing risks / issues and taking corrective action as necessary to meet project deadlines.
- You are accountable for plan build deploy run and phaseout of the IT Solutions of BGSW SDS customers according to SDLC Agile ITIL and Security best practices. This includes successful organizational design hiring & managing talent performance and compensation management training & developing team capabilities and growing individual skillsets.
- Prior experience in any IT delivery role in Custom Applications Development IoT Verification & Validation and Cloud Infrastructure topics. Experience in Microsoft/Opensource technologies Cloud platform (e.g. Azure AWS) is preferred.
- Oversee IT budget for staff FTEs contractors & consulting services hardware & software life cycle professional services digital & data strategies and strategic project change budget.
- Engage manage & enhance partnerships with IT service providers.
- Track and control metrics measures and proactive alerts around system capability utilization capacity budget spending service level agreements etc. to ensure a welloiled machine in IT processes and service delivery.
- Facilitate new customer acquisition & account mining for the portfolio growth.
- Drive innovation initiatives to generate assets like Patents/Accelerators/Solutions
- You lead coach and develop your team members. You empower your team by providing your experiences enthusiasm and leadership.
Qualifications :
- 1518 yrs of Service delivery experience
- Should bring in strong application development app maintenance experience for Enterprise customers
- Should have worked with global customers (preferably in Automotive / Mfg domains)
- Should have a crossdomain industry knowledge
- AI / Gen AI experience will be good to have
- University degree in Engg/IT or post graduation
