Job Description
Shift Hours: 10am6pm
The Data Reporting Specialist performs routine but varied clerical duties supporting the local production management team in a front office setting.
- Provides clerical support by recording entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents.
- Maintains records compiles standard reports files tabulates and performs routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing.
- Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures and utilizes a general understanding of other departments functions.
- Responsible for data entry reporting checking or verifying of information generation of reports and responding to data requests.
- Responsible for maintaining department files operating light equipment ie printers copiers.
- Assist with managing plant and department inventory and work with vendors to ensure regular supplies.
- Assist with production planning and special projects.
- Front desk responsibilities for building.
- Miscellaneous tasks supporting the Production Management Supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Good organizational customer service and telephone skills are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word Powerpoint
- Strong basic math skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
Additional Information :
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $21.21 to $27.81 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to: education skills experience proficiency performance shift and location. In addition to base salary depending on the role the total compensation package may also include overtime shift differential callin and standby pay.
