jewelry shop manager is responsible for the daytoday operations of a jewelry store including managing staff inventory sales and customer service.
Inventory
Monitor inventory levels to ensure the store has enough stock to meet customer demand
Order receive verify price tag display and store jewelry items
Sales
Develop and implement sales strategies
Set sales goals and monitor performance
Present products and information about features benefits and availability
Customer service Ensure exceptional customer service Handle customer complaints and feedback and Provide detailed information about products.
Staff
Hire fire schedule assign evaluate and coach staff
Train motivate and mentor store employees
Marketing and merchandising
Oversee the merchandising and marketing of jewelry products
Coordinate promotional activities and events
Administration and finance
Handle the administration and finance of the jewelry store
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Other responsibilities Maintain store cleanliness and presentation and Prepare reports on sales and other metrics.
