Position : Principal/ Director/VP Discovery Sciences
Key Responsibilities:Managing a Team of 3040 Chemists including 34 PhDs (group heads) focusing on both FTEand FFS projects and is accountable for the success of these projects.Guide the team in designing synthesis schemes (mg to kg scale) execution and troubleshootingDesign number of steps reactions quality quantity & timelines maintaining desiredmanpower/FTE ratios and achieve maximum productivity with minimum resources.Will be responsible for Quantity Timelines and Profitability of each project.Hands on experience in preparation of Project Estimates for PO projectsResponsible for optimal utilization of resources in the specific project team and improveproductivity.Resolve synthetic challenges within the TAT.Manage Customer Relationship through weekly project updates and meetings.Excellent knowledge in characterization of compounds by different analytical techniques.Essential Requirements:PhD/PostDoctoral with a specialization in Organic Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry with1518 years of relevant industry experience from a Drug Discovery Organisation (CRO)
PhD/Post-Doctoral with a specialization in Organic Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry with 15-18 years of relevant industry experience from a Drug Discovery Organisation (CRO)
Education
PhD/Post-Doctoral with a specialization in Organic Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry with 15-18 years of relevant industry experience from a Drug Discovery Organisation (CRO)
