Job Description
Join our team as Group Financial Coordinator at Susurros del Corazn reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Finance and become one of the authors of our story. You will review the summary of total consumption in our Groups folios and ensure they receive the correct bill according to the BEO. Your role will ensure that our guests at Susurros have a great experience with their bills according to the agreed contract and you will clarify any questions regarding them.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline
- Prior experience as group coordinator.
- Total proficiency with Microsoft Office OPERA and accounting software.
- Effective communication evaluation and mathematical skills.
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Hotel and/or Hospitality operations experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
