Job Description
We are seeking an RPA Technical Lead to oversee an Agile team through different phases of projects including discovery solution generation design development and deployment. You will contribute to knowledge transfer with the objective of providing highquality and valueadding solutions to customers within.
Our ideal candidate will maintain technical responsibility throughout the project and lead RPA process analysis specification solution design development and delivery.
Primary Job Duties:
Design develop and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems to meet business process and application requirements by following best practices standard and reusability of automations solutions
Lead an agile team (onshore and offshore) and ensure best practices standards and reusability of automations solutions
Delegate work with all developers based on complexity of the stories technical capability of the individuals in the team and efficient use of available resources
Ensure development teams clearly understand the design and can understand the Agile development methodology to deliver the solution for cloud/on prem attended and unattended bots
Mentor developers on coding best practices and serve as a technical escalation point during development by performing code reviews including providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality
Document the automation solutions in a detailed and wellorganized manner in design and technical design documents and maintaining application runbooks
Ability to sustain the application and experience in automate the testing process
Will be responsible for executing business projects to automate new or existing processes using RPA tool UIPath
Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams
Analyze business problems design technology solutions to these problems and manage the solution through the full lifecycle
Ability to Design & Develop UIpath solutions and create reusable components frameworks and libraries
Ability to Participate in process reengineering efforts Partner with team do peer code reviews
Works in collaboration with projects teams to develop test Integrate implement and support solutions using RPA platforms
Responsible for ensuring an efficient integration of programming deliverables timely builds and overall code quality
Educate business teams on value proposition and efforts estimation.
Qualifications :
Experience in agile development methodology
Must have 5 years of Development experience with (. net / Java / Python / C) or in automation testing for building libraries methods and modules
Must have 2 year of UI Path experience
7 years of IT development experience with 3 years of Technical Lead experience
Database Skills: SQL Windows Server 2012 SQL Server
Integrating ML models in RPA workflows
Experience working knowledge in programming languages such as Python SQL and APIs
Experience with defining observability and documentation to Tier 1 Support
Exceptional analytical conceptual and problemsolving abilities as well as excellent communication skills including ability to write concise technical docs and present ideas
Preferred: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related degree
The salary range for this role is $111000.00 $138000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical dental vision life and pet insurance 401K paid time off and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience education and geographic location.
