Small community hospital located less than 1 hour northeast of the Twin Cities is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13week contract. Pay: $45.00/hourly
Setting: Acute Care Inpatient/Outpaient
Contract: 13weeks
Schedule: Days 8hour (flexible hours)
Pay schedule: Weekly
Start date: ASAP (flexible)
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Role:
Under the direction of an Occupational Therapist this role involves working closely with patients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals particularly those recovering from acute care situations or managing chronic conditions. The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will be responsible for providing therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills.
Qualifications of Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):
- Valid Wisconsin state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- At least one year of previous COTA experience
- BLS certification
