Job Description
- Design and develop automation systems: Implement control systems for manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and optimize machinery: Diagnose issues in automated systems
- Program and configure PLCs and HMIs: Develop and maintain control logic and user interfaces
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: Work with production maintenance and engineering teams
- Conduct equipment testing and validation: Ensure systems meet safety quality performance
- Develop technical documentation: Create manuals diagrams and operating procedures for automated systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations: Integrate safety features into automation systems and adhere to workplace standards.
- Manage installation and upgrades: Input/Output Verification Test and confirm I/O Safety I/O Verification Network Configuration Sensor Calibration etc.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in automation engineering or electrical engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in similiar positions
- Technical Skills:
- Expereince in electrical design : Draftsight or Autocad Electrical or See Electrical
- Proficiency in Rockwell Studio 5000 programming
- Experience with Factory Talk View Studio
- Familiarity with Kinetix 5500 PowerFlex drives
- Knowledge of Control Techniques drives software (MConnect CT Soft) of Ethernet/RIO/DH/Controlnel of older PLC software technologies (RSLogix 5/500/5000)
- Additional Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems
