Job Description
Design develop and maintain fullstack applications using Java for backend and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular React) for frontend
Should be able to lead the team and responsible for effective code reviews.
Obstacle Removal(Technical leadership): Should be technically strong to Identify and remove impediments or obstacles that hinder the sprint and project goals.
Perform DAR (decision analysis) and propose and implement best solution.
should be able to mentor developers in team and takes accountability of delivery .
Build userfriendly interfaces and ensure seamless integration with databases and serverside logic.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable highperformance applications.
Write clean efficient code conduct code reviews and ensure best practices through testing and debugging.
Strong knowledge on JUnit and integration testing.
Good analytical problem solving and debugging skills.
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL query optimization.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies TDD design patterns best practices.
Exposure to catering to nonfunctional requirements performance security.
Implement and maintain highperformance serverside components and APIs ensuring seamless integration with the frontend and external systems.
Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies Agile/Scrum practices.
Good communication skills.
Core Java (version > 8): Strong handson experience in Core Java development with a deep understanding of Java 8 features.
Swing Framework: Experience with the Swing framework for building desktop applications.
RESTful Web Services: Proficient in designing developing and consuming RESTful web services.
JUnit (TestDriven Development): Experience with TestDriven Development (TDD) using JUnit to ensure highquality and reliable code.
RDBMS (Relational Database Systems): Experience working with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle) including writing complex SQL queries.
Build Tools (Maven/Make/Gradle): Experience with build tools such as Maven Make or Gradle for project automation and dependency management.
Design Patterns: Proficient in applying design patterns to solve common software design problems and improve code maintainability.
Versioning Tools (Git Bitbucket): Experience using version control tools like Git and Bitbucket for source code management.
