Building solutions for a better life. The Bosch Building Technologies division is a leading international provider of systems solutions and services that increase the safety of people buildings and property and also contribute to greater comfort energy efficiency and sustainability.
Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently the three product areas of video systems access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated crossdivisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.
- International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As Solution Architect Digital Touchpoints and Development Lead for B2B Ecommerce Portal you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
- In your role you will design and develop the overall architecture for our companys key digital touchpoints including B2B portals on SAP Commerce Cloud and websites and ensure that solutions are scalable secure and aligned with the companys digital strategy.
- Establish best practices and governance for solution architecture development and system integration to ensure optimal performance and sustainability.
- Coordinate the full lifecycle technical development of our customer portal for commercial functions based on SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Manage guide and engage internal and external developers and organize solution releases.
- Work with the Product Owner to break down complex requirements into technical tasks and manage backlog prioritization.
- Manage system integrations including with CRM and ERP to ensure seamless data flow and platform interoperability.
- You will also perform code reviews manage version control and enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure high code quality and reliability.
- You will be responsible for fixing technical defects and proactively suggesting system improvements to improve the stability maintainability and scalability of the platform.In addition you will participate in Tier 3 solution support activities including incident management and the assessment and deployment of application upgrades and patches.
- You document solution specifications and participate in the creation of operational support manuals during technical implementation.
- Last but not least you work closely with the IT infrastructure and security teams in the implementation of security protocols robust monitoring and alerting systems.
Qualifications :
- Education: completed university studies in information technology or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in software development and architecture in larger companies; sound experience in the development of SAP Customer Experience solutions in particular SAP Commerce Cloud. In addition solid experience in interface development and stateoftheart web service technologies (REST RESToDATA SOAP jSON). In addition you have experience in crossapplication data modeling as well as process integration technologies (SAP PI SAP CPI AXway) and authentication methods. Knowledge of integrated experience platforms frameworks and technologies (SpringBoot CSS3 HTML5 JavaScript) round off your profile
- Personality and Working Practice: high degree of initiative and independent work; proactive communication style; enjoy working in virtual teams; committed and convincing appearance and good presentation skills; structured conceptual and analytical thinking
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English
