Your role as an International Procurement Trainee (m/f/w) Procurement Indirect
In Procurement Indirect we ensure that our company runs smoothly by sourcing the essentials needed for daily operations and we play a crucial role in driving efficiency innovation and costeffectiveness across all business areas. Our team operates across three key areas: IT Procurement Contingent Workforce and HR & Facility Management. This team will be your home base and from here you will gain handson experience in international procurement processes.

• CrossFunctional Collaboration  Work closely with your colleagues and stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and needs and align procurement strategies with business goals.
• Strategic & Smart Buying  Support procurement experts in evaluating suppliers preparing negotiations and analyzing cost structures to optimize purchasing for HR & Facility Management.
• Digital Transformation  Be part of the future by digitalizing processes implementing automation tools and bringing fresh ideas to transform the way procurement operates.
• Turn Data into Smart Decisions  Gather and manage supplier information track market trends and contribute to datadriven decisionmaking.

Qualifications :

Your qualifications as an International Procurement Trainee (m/f/w) Procurement Indirect

To be considered for our traineeship we are looking for candidates who should:  

• Be a recent graduate with an academic degree or expected graduation before September 2025. 
• Have maximum one year of work experience after completing your most recent degree. Interns and student jobs will not be considered. 
• Be fluent in English. Skills in otherlanguages are a plus.  
• Be organized proactive open minded and results oriented. 
• Be willing to travel regularly and relocate for short rotations within our organization. 
• Identify with our values: active open positive and safety. 
• Have a strong desire for longterm commitment to contribute to Vattenfalls vision making a lasting impact on the future of energy.
