Job Description
We are recruiting for compassionate Weekend Care Assistants to join our amazing team!
*Driving license essential with access to a vehicle*
*Must have the right to work in the UK We do not offer sponsorship*
Hours:
- Saturday and Sunday: Between 4pm 10pm
- Expectation of working every weekend
Responsibilities:
- Carry out minimum 1hour visits.
- Provide introductions to all clients.
- Focus on personcentred care by building strong relationships to understand clients needs and preferences.
- Personal care: Support clients with everyday routines such as showering dressing grooming ensuring they remain healthy and independent.
- Medication support: Assist clients with their medication needs.
- Companionship: Ensure clients have social interactions daily by engaging in conversations completing activities of their choice and accompanying them to appointments or shopping.
- Home help: Assist with everyday tasks such as tidying laundry vacuuming and meal preparation/cooking.

Qualifications :
- Driver Essential
- Have the Right to work in the UK.
- Prior care experience is desired but not essential.
