The Behavioral Health Counselor under the direction of the Manager of Outpatient Mental Health delivers direct care to the psychiatric patient. This role effectively interacts with the patients and their support network and with the treatment milieu to facilitate positive patient outcomes. The Behavioral Health Counselor will perform these tasks in a fashion where he/she assures embraces and communicates the pledge values and policies of NM.
Qualifications :
Required
Bachelors of Art or Science in Psychology or related field.
OR
5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
